Join Nina for a yoga experience to revitalize and awaken your mind, body, and life force in a setting that is breathtaking, freeing, and exhilarating to the senses!
Classes Stateside
Nina teaches at several locations on the Eastside of Seattle as well as private sessions. Highly regarded as a compassionate, knowledgeable, and personable teacher, Nina has developed a devoted following.
Nina's Classes on the Eastside of Seattle
 
Nina teaches in all environments, hot and regular temperature studios, and also in a respiratory spa. Her styles range from slow-flow Vinyasa, to Hatha, to Yin, to Meditation. 
 
All classes incorporate focused breathing methods and relaxation techniques. She also offers private sessions to those who wish for a more personalized experience. 

Sundays 
4:00pm - Restorative Yoga + Nidra (90 minutes)

12:00pm - Strength & Grace - flow for all, hatha + vinyasa
6:30pm - The Warm Chill - Slow and deep this restorative-style class utilizes thermotherapy with Biomats and Soulmats to assist in calming the central nervous system and relaxing the spinal column.
